  13. Actually, Paul's answer was entirely correct :)  Even the 1.0
  14. WinSock spec was but a sparkle in Martin's eye when we were shipping
  15. our WSOCKET.DLL (which was a mostly BSD Socket compatible DLL that
  16. lacked many of the WINning features of WinSock).
